The Oven and BBQ Touch Screen Thermometer. A slick compact designed Touchscreen unit already preset with internal cooking temperatures. It is now possible to ensure Chicken or Turkey is cooked correctly but not overdone, or that beef is cooked to medium and still not raw or overdone.

None more so that the knowledge, or understanding of the internal cooking temperature of meats and poultry and fish.
The Oven and BBQ Thermometer comes preset with internal cooking temperatures for rare, medium rare, medium, and well done, for Veal, Lamb and Beef. All controlled and set by a simple push of a touchscreen button. How it works is a probe (connected to the unit) is inserted into the middle of the item being cooked. This probe stays in the item being cooked with a stainless steel wire connecting the probe to the unit. This wire passes around the oven door with the door simply closing over it. The Alarm is then set and once the item reaches the preset temperature the alarm sounds to confirm the item is cooked exactly as wanted . For food such as Chicken, Turkey, Ham, Pork and fish the unit is preset to "cooked" so the food is cooked correctly, not over cooked or undercooked.
