Premiala advised the customer initially contacted them to report a minor issue with their marinade injector. They were disappointed things hadn't gone 100% to plan and replaced the unit under its lifetime warranty. Several days later the customer, a Mr Kai Tiura, posted a lengthy Amazon review on the product and service provided by Premiala. He started by noting general satisfaction with the design, packaging and general build quality of the injector. He then noted one issue of concern and the customer service emails sent by Premiala to check on his satisfaction with the order, and spent some time describing his interaction with Premiala, their replies noting his concern, and his amazement when Premiala shipped a replacement unit via overnight shipping.
"In all the time I've purchased products online I've never had such a response from a company that was obviously not a (big company). In this exchange, I dealt with Greg, every time, and Greg spoke to me of my personal problem with his product, in DETAIL, and went to the next step until he knew I was satisfied! That level of service most likely denuded every cent of profit my sale had afforded him, but he didn't care about that: he cared that I deserved the product they'd promised, and he made it happen."
Mr Carder advised they were very grateful to have such an honest assessment of their service, and were delighted with the end result achieved in this case. He advised they strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and when this can't be achieved they strive to rectify the situation as quickly and easily as possible for the customer.
