(Food-Beverage-News.Com, December 20, 2012 ) Phoenix, AZ -- The owners of America’s Taco Shop are proud to announce that they now serve alcohol in five of the six current locations in Arizona. Customers can enjoy a Mexican bottled beer or margaritas once they show property identification to their server.
Alcoholic beverages are certainly not for everyone, but the company believes that for many people, authentic Mexican cuisine can be brought to life with Mexican adult drinks. Each option currently available at the locations with a liquor license hails from Mexico to keep with the theme.
Plans are currently being developed to have certain drink specials during holidays, or even weekly during happy hour. The goal is not to develop it into a bar-type atmosphere, but instead just offer a relaxing place to enjoy a few with a meal.
Going forward, the company announced on their site that the goal is to have a liquor license for each location. All of the buildings currently in development already have started the work to try and obtain that license before its opening.
Starting in 2008, America’s Taco Shop has focused on providing customers around the United States with quality Mexican cuisine. The company, which originiated in Arizona, is currently going through expansion to reach new markets in four new states.
