A new kitchen product was added to Amazon product listing earlier this month by WittyCuisiner, and after nearly two weeks since the launch, the company announced the success of its marketing and sales.
The company's spokesperson, Evelyn Stewart, says, "We are very happy and satisfied with our initial sales results of measuring spoons. The sales numbers are aligned with our projected ones and met the sales goals. We haven't even completed our marketing plan and planning to scale it up for the next few weeks."
Stewart further talks about the marketing, "Our marketing strategies are mainly the use of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google Plus. We already have over 500 fans on our Facebook page, which introduces various interesting food facts."
"Our Twitter account has a little short of 100 followers and keeps growing. We basically tweet the same food facts as we do at Facebook. We believe that it is still very effective marketing since not everyone is on both social media.", added the spokesperson.
Stewart further continued, "We heard from our customers that they liked the silicon pieces attached to the handles and we had a nice comment about the packaging, too."
The company's stainless steel measuring spoons are sold at Amazon(dot)com, that is the largest online retail stores in the world. The cooking tool comes with five spoons and a large metal ring to hold them together.
The hang tag with the company's logo explains the benefits of the products. As a bonus, the customers receive a downloadable cooking ebook and a weekly email about cooking tips and more recipes for three months after the purchase.
WittyCusiner just had its very first `sales promotion earlier this week and it is planning to have another sales event next week. The company will announce the details within a few days.
