Earlier this year, a new weight loss club was launched to help support individuals in their quest to lose weight. Developed by Jay Author, the inspiration for the Activa Naturals Healthy Weight Loss Club came from personal experience and the desire to share his knowledge with others. The club philosophy centers on achieving healthy weight loss through a balanced diet, exercise and natural supplements. Combined with a positive outlook and the support from club members, Mr. Author is confident that participants can get into shape and maintain their new look.
Mr. Author's motivation for establishing the Activa Naturals Healthy Weight Loss Club comes from his wife and encouragement from medical practitioners. Struggling with health problems, Mr. Author's wife needed to lose weight without strenuous exercise. After much research and consultation with doctors, Mr. Author identified certain natural supplements that support healthy weight loss in combination with light exercise and a good diet.
After successfully helping his wife lose weight without compromising her health, Mr. Author created the Activa Naturals Healthy Weight Loss Club to share this knowledge with others. Unlike other weight loss clubs, membership is currently free. Also, spaces are limited to only 200 participants. As Author explained during our interview, keeping the membership limited is part of the success of the club:
"Since we have an intimate group of participants, it's easy to support each other throughout the weight loss journey. We have fantastic resources, plus a great forum where people can share their experiences and encourage each other. This is really important for helping everyone to stay positive and stick to the weight loss plan. Currently there are several places available to new members. Mr. Author anticipates that these will be filled quickly as more people become aware of the benefits of the Activa Naturals Healthy Weight Loss Club.
