The goal that Phrik & Phrak have for the PhoodieTools™ group is to scour the planet looking for the best quality, most useful and most helpful tools & utensils that make life easier for the masters of the home kitchen. As one might be able to tell from the name, the element of having 'phun' is very important to both Phrik and Phrak. New products will be introduced in entertaining and informative formats.
Available in the immediate future is PhoodieTools™ first product for consumer use is a Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat. Designed by professionals for home cooking enthusiasts, this utensil is made from woven fiberglass embedded in FDA food grade silicone. It is lightweight, flexible and safe to use for any baking, pastry making, roasting or candy making projects.
Backstory: There are two guys, Phrik and Phrak who have been best friends for a very long time. They shared an interest in cooking, but like many people, were not that excited about the part that came before & after eating and enjoying their creations - the preparation and the clean-up! And of course, like everyone else, over time they became more aware of the advantages of preparing foods in a healthy way.
A sometimes annoying, but often useful habit that these two fellows also shared was a penchant for efficiency. So if there was an easier and more convenient way to get some "help in the kitchen," it would certainly get their attention.
In their constant quest for ‘the easier life,' they would come across some intriguing products. But there were potential issues brewing . . .
Both Phrik and Phrak had some stringent qualifications that an item had to meet before they would think of adopting it in their kitchens.
What are these qualifications that an item needed to possess? It had to have a very high level of quality in its construction. It had to be reusable and have a long life. It had to save them time - either in prep time or cooking time or clean-up time. It had to be economical. It had to be easy enough to use for both Phrik AND Phrak!
Eventually Phrik and Phrak came across just such an item, that met all of their qualifications, and even more. They loved this product so much that they wanted to share it with the world. They created their brand called PhoodieTools™, and have been busy ever since bringing it to market.
