(Food-Beverage-News.Com, April 29, 2014 ) Beaverton, OR -- Izunu has introduced a new silicone muffin pan for home bakers. The muffin pan is BPA-free, filler-free, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe, and of course can be used in the oven up to 430ºF.
Izunu sell silicone muffin pans which are made from 100% food-grade silicone which meets the German LFGB standard. This standard exceeds the FDA Standard required in the USA. They are so sure of their product that if the customer is not completely satisfied they are offering a 100% refund.

"Well, anyone that has worked with baking caramel knows what a flippin' mess that stuff is. It sticks to everything, and clean up is less than fun. I cannot believe how this pan performed. No sticking. No fussing."

He does however admit to a minor downside to using this material. "Some customers have commented about the material being quite flexible. This is a problem easily solved by using a cookie sheet, but it did catch some customers unawares. We think it is a minor inconvenience though given that it is easily solved"
