The My Pro Mandoline is so easy to wash as well. Just swoosh it around in soapy water, rinse and dry. Of course it is dishwasher safe, but it is so easy to just swoosh, rinse and dry it really never has to sit in the dishwasher at all.
As far as ease of use, the learning curve was all of maybe one quarter cucumber's worth of time. After that initial journey with the cucumber, it was easy and simple enough to slice the radishes.
The ceramic blade makes for smooth slicing. Because the blade is not adjustable, no need to mess with moving parts that often can break faster.
