(Food-Beverage-News.Com, October 20, 2014 ) Halifax, Nova Scotia -- Just over a month ago now, MealEasy introduced the grocery emailing feature and thus far the customers have responded overwhelmingly in favor of this new feature.
The company has found that an astonishing 80% of members have used the feature that allows them to email themselves their grocery list to their portable tablet computers of to their mobile devices such as Android phones and other smart phones now on the market.
The intuitive MealEasy Meal Planner compiles the customer's recipes and grocery items into an easy to edit and follow grocery list which can then be sent via email to their tablet computer or smart phones. This allows the customer to avoid printing the grocery list and the members access their grocery list on line. The added feature of showing which meal every grocery item in the grocery list belongs to which was introduced at the same time, has the added benefit of allowing the user to remove that grocery item or even the complete meal if so desired.
"Showing which ingredient belongs to which meal means that if a certain protein, let's say a fish, is not available, you can then remove that grocery item from your grocery list, replace that fish with another fish, or remove that recipe altogether and then know which other ingredients belong to that recipe" says MealEasy Executive Chef Paul Routhier. "It allows you more flexibility when shopping for your ingredients and you can make modifi9cations on the fly."
These recent changes to the MealEasy Meal Planner arrive just as the company has launched their series of kitchen gadgets and utensils. The first item, the MealEasy branded silicone baking mats has so far exceeded sales projections and the company hopes the same for their most recent addition, the MealEasy Julienning and Vegetable Peeler which is now available through Amazon.
