However, based on popular demand, the management of the company is pleased to announce a critical change to the policy on after-purchase follow-up calls to its customer base.
Following the official launch of its flagship product LightCo Health Forskolin Weight Loss Supplement, the management of the company found out that some customers were not getting expected results from the product, primarily owing to the fact that they couldn't grasp the dosage formula. "In a prompt response to the findings, LightCo Health had to hire a Customer Service Representative to follow up with customers via a phone call as a way to offer any necessary assistance," the Marketing Manager, explains.
"However, in a series of interactions with users of LightCo Health Forskolin Weight Loss Supplement, it's been observed that some customers don't like to be called. Besides, it's quite difficult to ascertain if a new customer would like to receive support from our staff," he reveals.
With respect to recent statistics on this issue, LightCo Health concludes that the larger part of the customer base does not want to be called after making a purchase. As a result, the company has stopped making follow-up calls to customers - both existing and new ones. "It's in the best interest of the customers," he notes.
He further confirms, saying, "LightCo Health respects the privacy of customers; and with this change in the follow-up policy, the customer service department will only receive calls from customers that have any concern they would to get resolved. Therefore, our hotlines are open to every customer."
He however stresses the need for customers to exercise necessary caution in the in-take of the Forskolin supplement. "Those with critical medical history should consult with their physician before taking the supplement," he advises.
