Official Video GastroVino Baja Food & Wine Festival 2014
(Food-Beverage-News.Com, April 24, 2015 ) Mexico City -- During the Festival there will be local musicians entertaining the visitors in the Plaza Publica. Then on Sunday the program will include:
David Osborne, internationally renowned pianist who has played in the best places in Las Vegas, NV and at the White House in the United States for Presidents. The jazz band Terry Townson is accompanied by flamenco dancer Isabel Rivera. During the circus visitors will also be entertained with the magical presence of People Circus in the town square! The festival will be closed off with a flourish by the local favorite, the Mariachi de Todos Santos.
Another very important function of the festival is to support local charitable institutions, which this year has been nominated as Hogar del Nino and DIF Todos Santos.
Perla says: “None of this would be possible without the initial support from the legendary Hotel California, a landmark in the Pueblo Magico that is Todos Santos.”
A Pueblo Magico or magic town declaration, is bestowed upon towns that has significant cultural and historical value to the citizens of Mexico.

Perla Garnica is the Founder and Director of GastroVino since it’s start in 2012. Baja California Native, she is a lover of wine and Todos Santos and its local products.
McCandless Sutton is the Director of GastroVino and originally from the Bay of San Francisco, she is the owner of the vinateria La Bodega de Todos Santos.
Together they decided to make this festival to promote the regional Food and Wine of Baja California. The festival combines art, music, entertainment and the fabulous opportunities to try the best Mexican wines and Local Cuisine as served by the Restaurants in Todos Santos.
This event has been drawing international attention and has awakened the interest of tourist agencies and restaurants in La Paz who are considering adding a gastrovino event to their tourism calendar.
