(Food-Beverage-News.Com, October 26, 2015 ) San Diego, CA -- Due to increasing demand, Rox Bars will now be selling its nutrition bar products on Amazon.com. Rox Bars are sold and distributed through brick and mortar retailers such as Sprouts, Refresh, Seaside, and many others. However, online sales have thus far been this brand's bread and butter, accounting for up to as much as 60% of their overall sales. By expanding to Amazon, they hope to increase online sales revenue even further.
Rox Bars will continue to be sold via a monthly subscription system on the parent company's website www.roxbars.com, but due to increasing demand from customers and a desire to reach the growing Amazon customer base, Rox Bars took the plunge and listed with the online retail giant earlier this month. Currently, the Amazon listing offers Rox Bars by the dozen. At this time, cases and subscriptions can only be purchased on the main website.
"Now we'll be able to reach a larger audience," CFO Jeff Fulkerson commented. Rox Bars remains staunch on insisting that their own online store will not be going away any time soon- and a burgeoning affiliate program targeted at personal trainers and nutritionists ensures that. Rox Bars are not yet eligible for Amazon Prime free shipping, but that day may not be too far off.
