Café Enrista Urges People to Drink 3 in 1 Coffee in South Africa

 




(Food-Beverage-News.Com, November 20, 2015 ) Johannesburg -- The information officer of Café Enrista urged the public to drink 3 in 1 coffee because it offers essential health advantages. A study that involved 489, 706 people revealed that people drinking an average 4-5 coffee cups daily were at least 15% risk of getting colorectal cancer. He also noted that individuals who wanted to lose fat can drink coffee to help speed up the process.

He comments, "A majority of fat burning supplements have caffeine, caffeine increases the burning of fat by boosting the metabolic rate from 3%-11%. Studies have shown that lean people rate of boosting the metabolism rate is different from the one of obese individuals.

Those who are lean get a 29 % increment while the obese get about 10%." The risk of developing an incurable disease called Alzheimer that causes dementia is at 65% for coffee drinkers. The development of type 2 diabetics is at 23-50%.
