The Premiala Meat Injector is used to inject marinade, brine and other liquids into beef, pork, turkey, chicken and other large poultry. It's also popular for injecting jam and cream into donuts. It uses food-safe 304-grade stainless steel for all components which touch the food to ensure food safety, and is supplied with three needles for injecting various kinds of ingredients - a fine marinade needle designed for injecting kebabs, schnitzels, thin steaks and other fine cuts of meat, and two 6" stainless steel needles for injecting liquids or solids into larger cuts of meat such as venison, pork or beef.
