The corkscrew is designed to make opening bottles of wine fast and simple, a spokesperson for the company said. The product is placed at the top of the bottle of wine and a lever is squeezed to push the corkscrew's worm into the cork. The user pulls up to remove the cork from the bottle and then squeezes a second lever to release the cork from the worm.
"Our goal has always been to bring innovative wine accessories to a wider audience, and this is a great example of that," the spokesperson said. "Our lever style corkscrew makes quick work of opening bottles of wine and is easy for anyone to use. We're excited to bring this to market, and think our customers will be impressed with how well it works."
Mimi's & Fifi's Wine Accessories makes luxury wine accessories and sells them at an affordable price. The lever-style corkscrew is the company's third corkscrew offering; it also offers a rabbit wine opener and a waiter's corkscrew.

The lever-style corkscrew is the company's sixth product offering. In addition to the other types of corkscrew, it also makes a wine aerator decanter, a wine aerator pourer and a conventional decanter. The company has plans to introduce four more products over the next several weeks.
