Now that the matcha green tea powder is being shipped by Amazon.com's FBA, Amazon Prime customers are now eligible to receive the product with free two-day shipping. Products that are eligible for Amazon Prime will be designated on the product page and at checkout. Amazon Prime allows for unlimited deliveries with no minimum order size.
Customers who do not have Amazon.com Prime, may still be eligible to receive free shipping. Free shipping is available if customers purchase at least $35 of eligible Amazon.com products. A product is eligible for free shipping if "and free shipping on orders over $35" is stated next to the purchase price. Customers who would like to purchase two bags of the matcha will qualify for free shipping since the order will be at least $35. Customers that wish to receive the product quicker may purchase expedited shipping at check out.
Transit time for Amazon.com free shipping orders is approximately 5-9 business days after the item has shipped. Amazon.com has continued to build warehouses and distribution centers to ensure that customers receive their orders inexpensively and promptly. A spokesperson for NutriBeam stated, "Having Amazon package and ship the orders allows for customers to get the highest customer service. Not only will customers be eligible to receive free shipping on the matcha, they will also receive orders quicker.
