Now in its fourth year, the festival was co-founded by two of Hawaii's own James Beard Award-winning chefs, Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong. The event's Executive Chef, Jackie Lau selected Savorini graters for the guest chefs to use to prepare their delectable creations.
