Besides, the research was only centered on certain kinds of foods, and there is no evidence that all foods in this world would show the same neurological results. Quoting Susan Roberts, he states thus, "It's unclear whether other diets would create the same brain changes."
He also reveals that iDiet is more or less like a restrictive dieting pattern that helps to avoid high-calorie and high-fat foods. However, James Khan, while comparing the weight loss program with the in-take of Forskolin Coleus supplements to iDiet, he observes that, though the latter acts as appetite suppressant, it does not really restrict the diet of users. "That seems to be the cutting edge of thermogenic weight-loss supplements today. They control the appetite and also burn fats from foods that iDiet tends to avoid," he adds.
