(Food-Beverage-News.Com, October 15, 2015 ) Maple Valley, Washington -- After approximately three months of negotiating, Imbibe, Inc. has secured a lease for their flagship location about 30 minutes southeast of Seattle in Maple Valley, Washington. The site is over 1600 square feet and will be able to accommodate the company's plans to offer over 24 craft beers, wines and even cold press coffee on tap. The hybrid model will sell retail bottles of craft beer, wine, cider and sake while also offering a limited sandwich menu.
"We have been looking for the right market and space for over two years. We see Maple Valley as the next Bellevue over the coming decade or so," stated Ryan Severson, co-founder of Imbibe Bottle House & Taproom. He continued, "This is a tremendous opportunity for us to finally launch our concept to an area starving for better craft beer options. Our current target grand opening remains in mid-December but they is a possibility it will be pushed to January 2016." After opening their location, the company is also planning to launch a line of products available online via distribution on Amazon.com as well as their own e-commerce site.

"It took a coordinated effort and diligent communication on both sides to get it done, but we made it happen. We couldn't be more excited to have them," she concluded.
