Obesity is Killing Our Children Softly in Arizona

(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 19, 2011 ) Phoenix, AZ -- Childhood obesity in Arizona is at 30.6% according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Arizona weight loss problems mount as the state will pay $752 million in annual medical costs of obesity.

Obesity is BMI (Body Mass Index) greater than 30. Check BMI at www.slimspamedical.com

One in three children are overweight or obese. If oneÂ’s child is overweight or obese, would they give them HCG?

Childhood obesity has increased over 300% in the past 30 years according to the CDC (Center for Disease Control). Obesity among children aged aged 6 to 11 years increased from 6.5% in 1980 to 19.6% in 2008. Obesity among adolescents aged 12 to 19 years increased from 5.0% to 18.1% during the same time period.

The risk factors for obesity in children and adolescents are cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure. To make matters worse, they are at greater risk for bone and joint problems, sleep apnea and poor self-esteem. Overweight and obese children are more likely to be overweight or obese in their adult years. This increases their chances of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, cancer and osteoarthritis.

Knowing these facts; would one ever say to your overweight or obese child, “Sweetie, let’s go get some cheeseburgers, fries and a milk shake so later in life it can result in a heart attack.”

One has to take responsibility for the health and wellbeing of their children. The HCG diet can reduce a child’s abnormal fat so they can safely lose weight. HCG sounds scary because it is produced by pregnant woman. However, it may be the perfect solution to overweight and obese children. When a woman becomes pregnant, her body gets flooded with HCG. Dr. Simeons who pioneered HCG for weight loss in the 1950’s wrote, “In pregnancy it would be most undesirable if the fetus were offered ample food only when there is a high influx from the intestinal tract. Ideal nutritional conditions for the fetus can only be achieved when the mother’s blood is continually saturated with food, regardless of whether she eats or not, as otherwise a period of starvation might hamper the steady growth of the embryo.” HCG mobilizes the abnormal fat full of calories, nutrients and vitamins. The use of HCG with a low calorie diet help children lose weight so they can lead a healthy life.

Arizona HCG thatÂ’s medically supervised can be done from the comfort of oneÂ’s home. Call their medical staff with your HCG diet questions at 800-208-6533. TheyÂ’ll also follow up weekly to update their medical chart. In addition, Slim Spa Medical has a patient area within their website so one can connect with others on the Arizona diet as a support group.
